The Perfect Ending....

A stop at Krispy Kreme is the PERFECT ending to a fun filled day!!

We took advantage of the kids being out of school and went to the Treehouse Museum. We played school, built tall tall towers with the blocks, played chess (until the preschoolers came and took away the pieces), and explored many more things.

Later we enjoyed a yummy lunch at Red Robin, I just love their whisky river chicken burger and fries, yum.

After lunch we went to Speed Street, where Darin, Hayden, and Easton got to race each other around the go kart track. Now the question of the day is "when can we go back to Speed Street?" I'm not sure who had more fun in the go karts, Darin or the boys. Malynn was a little sad, you have to be 8 years old to race. So the final stop of the day was for Malynn - Krispy Kreme - brought a smile to her face along with everyone else! We LOVE no school days!!!

Looks like a great day. I love the Treehouse Museum and I LOVE Red Robin. That is one of my favorite places to eat. Wish we'd get on up here!!!

I too LOVE no school days. (Cause it means, "No waking up early, days"..) We still haven't made it to that museum but looks like a good time. Krispy Kreme is the only doughnut I find worth the calories. We had one in my town back home.. and if the 'HOT' light was on.. I was in the drive-thru.. no debate. Glad you had a fun day..
Come on by here the next time you help at the school-- I never get to see you!
